Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disassemble the hydraulic coupling of the fan of system of cooling. |
| 2. Merge cooling liquid in suitable capacity. |
| 3. Remove from the pump of system of liquid cooling 3 hoses for cooling liquid. Previously completely open and shift back clips. |
| 4. Weaken, without turning out, bolts on a pulley of the pump of system of liquid cooling. |
| 5. Remove maple a ridge belt. |
| 6. Unscrew and remove a pulley of the pump of system of liquid cooling. |

7. 6-cylinder engine: turn out bolts (263/264) on the block of cylinders of the engine and remove the pump of system of liquid cooling. |
| 8. Carefully clear sealing surfaces on the case of the pump and a cover of a case of the steering mechanism. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Screw the pump of system of liquid cooling, using new paper sealing laying.
Prevention
At plant the pump загерметизирован liquid condensing means. At assembly it is possible to apply paper sealing laying or liquid condensing means, for example, Loctite. Thus sealing surfaces on the pump of system of liquid cooling grease with condensing means evenly and, whenever possible, a thin layer.

| 2. Screw a pulley of the pump of liquid cooling. |
| 3. Put on maple a ridge belt. |
| 4. Tighten to the full bolts on a pulley of the pump of liquid cooling. |
| 5. Get all hoses for supply of cooling liquid and fix them clips. |
| 6. Establish the hydraulic coupling of the fan of system of cooling. |
| 7. Fill in cooling liquid. |

2. Bolt, 10 N of m.
At existence at a bolt of an internal torsionny head the moment of an inhaling makes 15 N of m.

Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect from the storage battery a weight wire (–).
Prevention
The anticreeping code of radio is thus erased.

| 2. Remove the hydraulic coupling of the fan of system of cooling. |
| 3. Merge cooling liquid in pure capacity. |
| 4. Weaken, without unscrewing, bolts of a pulley of the pump of system. |
| 5. Remove maple a ridge belt. |
| 6. Unscrew and take a pulley of the pump of system of liquid cooling. |
| 7. Remove from the pump hoses (3) and (4) for supply of cooling liquid. Previously completely open collars and shift them back. |
| 8. Remove the generator. |
| 9. Unscrew a generator rack. |
| 10. Unscrew the case of the pump of system of liquid cooling and remove it together with the pump. At removal of the case remove the retsirkulyatsionny fuel pipeline. |
| 11. Unscrew and extend the pump of system of liquid cooling. |
| 12. Carefully clear sealing surfaces of the pump of system of liquid cooling, its case and the block of cylinders of the engine. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Screw the pump of system of liquid cooling with new paper laying with the moment of 10 N of m. |
| 2. Screw the case of the pump of system of liquid cooling with new paper laying with the moment of 10 N of m. Thus get the retsirkulyatsionny fuel pipeline, previously moisten a sealing ring with cooling liquid, do not apply some oil. |
| 3. Screw a generator rack with the moment of 25 N of m. |
| 4. Establish the generator. |
| 5. Get all hoses for supply of cooling liquid and fix them collars. |
| 6. Screw a pulley of the pump of system of liquid cooling. |
| 7. Establish maple a ridge belt. |
| 8. Screw up a pulley of the pump of system of liquid cooling with the moment of 10 N of m and, respectively, with the moment of 15 N of m in case of bolts with an internal torsionny head. |
| 9. Establish the hydraulic coupling of the fan. |
| 10. Fill in cooling liquid. |
| 11. Attach to the plug of the storage battery a weight wire. |
| 12. Expose time on hours. |
| 13. Enter an anticreeping code of radio. |
