Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the hydraulic coupling of the fan of system of cooling. |
| 2. Disconnect a hose for cooling liquid (4) on a fan (11) casing. |
| 3. Remove fixing springs (1). |
| 4. Extend a fan (11) casing up from a clutch on a radiator. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. A fan casing together with fixing plates insert into a clutch on a radiator. The quantity of fixing plates can be various depending on model. |
|
2. Establish on one axis a fan (11) casing in relation to the fan (25) according to the specified sizes:
А: 22–25 mm
В: 25–38 mm
С: 17–23 mm |
| 3. Press fixing springs (1). |
| 4. Put on a hose of cooling liquid. |
|
FEATURES OF THE 6-CYLINDER ENGINE
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To remove a ring (2) casings of the fan, extend a lock pin (1). |
| 2. Turn a ring to the left and lay it above the fan. |
| 3. Establish a ring of a casing of the fan on a casing (3) and until then turn it to the right while it will be possible to insert a lock pin. |

DIESEL ENGINE
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect lock clips. At the engine in volume of 2,5 l extend a fan casing from a clutch (shooter) and lay over the fan. |
| 2. Disassemble the hydraulic coupling of the fan of system of cooling. |
| 3. Unhook a hose for supply of cooling liquid from a fan casing. |
| 4. Engine in volume of 2,0/2,2 l: extend up a fan casing from a clutch on a radiator. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Insert a fan casing with fixing levels (arrow) into a clutch on a radiator. Depending on model the quantity of fixing levels can be various. |
|
2. Center a fan casing in relation to the fan according to the specified sizes.
Engine in volume of 2,0 l:
And = 22 mm
In = 31 mm
With = 20 mm
Engine in volume of 2,2/2,5 l:
And = 22 mm
In = 28 mm
With = 20 mm |
| 3. Press fixing springs. |
| 4. Hang a hose for supply of cooling liquid. |
