PETROL ENGINE
After rather long operation of the car thin channels in a radiator can be hammered the remains of cooling liquid and limy deposits. Because of it cooling ability decreases, and the engine too heats up. Only installation of a new radiator in this case helps.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect a weight wire (–) from the accumulator.
Prevention
The anticreeping code of radio is thus erased.

| 2. Merge cooling liquid. |
|
3. Extend up fixing springs (33) casings of the fan. |
| 4. Pull up a casing of the fan a little and lay it over the fan. |
|
5. At cars with an automatic transmission disconnect from plugs suitable clamps oil pipelines (7/8), going from and to a check point, and turn off them on a radiator (4). Thus pay attention to ideal purity. Connections before their removal outside clear alcohol. Directly after that close oil pipelines plastic caps with rubber rings that on them dirt could not get. |
| 6. Remove from a radiator hoses for cooling liquid, previously having weakened clips and having shifted them completely back. |
| 7. Extend up fixing springs. Take a radiator up. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check all hoses for supply of cooling liquid on lack of cuts, cracks and other damages and if it is required, replace the damaged hoses. Check rubber caps of fastening of a radiator and be convinced that they are in a good condition. |
| 2. Insert from above a radiator so that fixing fingers of a radiator were grasped in rubber caps. |
| 3. Insert above fixing springs for radiator fixing. |
| 4. Get hoses for supply of cooling liquid and fix them clips. |
| 5. If radiator hoses are still disassembled, rigidly twirl on them cap nuts with the moment of 20 N of m, remove clips. |
| 6. Establish a fan casing, press it down and thus fix in lateral fixing plates on a radiator. |
| 7. Insert the top spring clip of a casing of the fan. |
| 8. Fill in cooling liquid. |
| 9. Attach to the accumulator plug a weight wire. |
| 10. Warm up the engine and check tightness of shlangovy connections. |
| 11. Check level of cooling liquid, if necessary add it. |
| 12. At cars with an automatic transmission check oil level in a check point. |
| 13. Expose time on hours. |
| 14. Enter for radio an anticreeping code. |

DIESEL ENGINE
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect from the storage battery a weight wire.
Prevention
The anticreeping code of radio is thus erased.

| 2. Merge cooling liquid. |
| 3. Engine in volume of 2,0 l: remove up springs of a latch (15) on a fan casing. |
| 4. Engine in volume of 2,0 l: pull up a casing of the fan a little and lay it on the fan. |
| 5. Engine in volume of 2,2/2,5 l: remove the hydraulic coupling of the fan of system of cooling. |
| 6. Engine in volume of 2,2/2,5 l: remove a fan casing. |
| 7. At cars with an automatic transmission disconnect by means of suitable clamps clips of the oil lines going from and to a check point, and turn off them on a radiator. Thus pay attention to purity, connections before removal clear outside alcohol. Then put on oil pipelines small plastic sacks with rubber rings in order that dirt could not get into them. |
| 8. Remove from a radiator (4) hoses for cooling liquid, previously having weakened clips and having shifted them completely back. |
| 9. Extend up fixing springs (15). |
| 10. Remove a cable of management of a cowl. |

11. Get up a radiator (1) together with an air line. |

Installation

| 1. Check all hoses for supply of cooling liquid on lack of cuts, cracks and other damages and if it is required, replace the damaged hoses. Check rubber caps (19) fastenings of a radiator and be convinced that they are in a good condition. |
| 2. Insert from above a radiator so that fixing fingers of a radiator were grasped in rubber caps (19). |
| 3. Insert above fixing springs for radiator fixing. |
| 4. Get hoses for supply of cooling liquid and fix them clips. |
| 5. A cable of management of a cowl fix. |
| 6. If radiator hoses are still disassembled, rigidly twirl on them cap nuts with the moment of 20 N of m, remove clips. |
| 7. Establish a fan casing. |
| 8. Engine in volume of 2,2/2,5 l: establish the hydraulic coupling of the fan. |
| 9. Insert the top spring clip of a casing of the fan. |
| 10. Fill in cooling liquid. |
| 11. Attach to the accumulator plug a weight wire. |
