Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a transmission. |
|
2. Remove the bearing of the coupling of switching off of coupling (1) from a tubular support on a forward cover of a transmission. |
|
3. Move a fork of switching off of coupling (2) in the direction of an arrow (And) and then remove in the arrow direction (In) from a bolt with a spherical head (3) on a case of coupling and remove it. |

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Compress and at the same time rotate the bearing of the coupling of switching off of coupling. |
| 2. If the bearing rotates spasmodically, establish the new bearing. |
| 3. Check sliding surfaces on lack of wear, corrosion and damages. |
|
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Wipe a pure rag of a surface of the bearing and contact surfaces and grease them MOS2 – plastic disulfidmolibdenovy greasing.
Prevention
Put very few greasing that in the mounted condition greasing could not get on a friction surface.

| 2. Squeeze out the bearing of the coupling of switching off of coupling (2) against the direction (In) on a bolt with a spherical head (3) until the bracket for fastening of a spring of a fork will be fixed. Then move a fork against the direction of an arrow (And) until press the core of the distributive cylinder will not adjoin a flute of a fork of switching off of coupling. |
| 3. Grease inside the bearing of the coupling of switching off of coupling and both lateral dredging on a back part of the coupling. |
| 4. Get the bearing of the coupling of switching off of coupling on a tubular support and turn it until it will not get to lateral grooves in a fork. |
| 5. Mount a transmission. |
