9.1.5. Air removal from a control system of coupling

GENERAL INFORMATION

From a control system of coupling air if the pedal of coupling does not come back should be removed or with delay comes back to starting top position or if the hydraulic system opened.

As the hydraulic system of coupling works with application of brake liquid, it is possible to read also subsection 12.10.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Raise the car.

2. Check level of brake liquid in the general receiver, if necessary add brake liquid to the maximum mark.

3. Remove dustproof caps from valves сапунов on the distributive cylinder and on a forward right support of the disk wheel brake mechanism.

4. Carefully clean valves сапунов.

5. Get on the valve сапуна a support of the disk wheel brake mechanism a transparent hose.

6. Fill in in a hose brake liquid. For this purpose open a carving stopper of the device for air removal on a support of the brake mechanism. Slowly squeeze out a pedal brakes (assistant) and keep in this situation. Close the valve сапуна and release a brake pedal. Then again open the valve сапуна and again squeeze out a brake pedal. This operation repeat until the hose completely will not be filled with brake liquid. Close a hose a finger in order that brake liquid did not pour out.

Prevention

Liquid level in a vessel should not fall too low, if necessary add new brake liquid.

7. Insert the free end of a hose into the screw сапуна on a support of a disk brake. This operation repeat until in a compensatory tank air vials will not cease to be allocated more. Thus constantly add new brake liquid.

8. Close screws сапуна on a support of a disk brake and on the distributive cylinder. Remove a hose and get dustproof caps.

9. Lower the car.

10. Add brake liquid to the maximum mark.

11. Check functioning of brake system and coupling system.
