Brake hose of a forward axis

Brake hose of a back axis


1. Raise the car.
2. Remove a cap nut from the brake pipeline.

Thus brake liquid follows. Close a suitable stopper an element of connection of a brake wire in the direction of the main brake cylinder that brake liquid completely did not flow out from a tank. After repeated installation air should be removed from brake system. The special device therefore address in repair shop is necessary for air removal from a brake of cars with ASR. Collect brake liquid in the vessels intended only for it.

3. The new pipeline of brake liquid whenever possible lay on the same place.
4. At connection of the pipeline moisten a conic surface of a prileganiye with several drops brake, liquids and tighten with the moment of 15 N of m.
5. The brake pipeline (5) or (6) unscrew from a brake hose (51). Use an open superimposed wrench 9х11, holding a brake hose with a rozhkovy wrench. An element of connection close a stopper.
6. Disconnect the holder of a brake hose (51а).
7. Unscrew a brake hose (51) of a support.


1. To establish only resolved to use by firm brake hoses.
2. Tighten a brake hose on a support with the moment of 20 N of m.
3. Screw a brake hose on the brake pipeline with the moment of 15 N of m. The brake hose at installation should not be overwound. Fix a lock washer at the holder a dvenadtsatigrannik. So insert a brake hose into a lock washer that it at complete turn of operated wheels to the left or to the right about anything did not hit. 4–the brake pipeline, 13 – a cap bolt, 59 – the holder of a brake hose.

After repair the holder (52) can be bent. Carefully correct it since even minor change of position of the holder on the basis of a frame can change passing of a brake hose therefore it can be wiped, adjoining to other parts of the car.

4. Pump over brakes.

Carry out safety control:

      – whether all brake pipelines / hoses are tightened;
      – whether pumping screws are tightened;
      – whether as it should be level of brake liquid;
      – at the working engine make tightness control. For this purpose press a brake pedal with effort from 200 to 300 N (20–30 kg) within about 10 seconds. The pedal should not move. Check tightness of all connections.

5. In summary make some braking on the silent street.

Control of the amplifier of braking

Control of the amplifier of braking is made in case for achievement of sufficient effect of braking it is necessary to make too big effort to braking pedals.

1. At the stopped engine of at least 5 times strongly press a brake pedal, then start the engine at the loaded brake pedal. Thus the brake pedal should move noticeably under a foot.
2. Otherwise unscrew a depression hose from the amplifier of braking, start the engine. Having put fingers by the end of a hose of vacuum, check vacuum existence.
3. If the vacuum is not present, check a hose on tightness and damages, in case of need replace it. Strong tighten all collars of hoses.
4. If the vacuum is, measure it, in case of need, replace the amplifier of braking (work in repair shop).

Removal of a brake cable

1. Remove a back seat.
2. Remove a protective cover (12i).
3. Tighten the automatic equalizer of length of a cable (12). For this purpose turn a wrench with an internal shestigrannik a crank (g) approximately on 1/2 turns to the right and at the same time advance it back in a longitudinal shliyets while it will not be fixed in the case of a spring (and) in a spring clip (g). (e–the lever of the equalizer, f – the intermediate lever, 93 – a safety pin.)
4. Unhook an ottyazhny spring (94).
5. Disconnect a brake cable (85) from a mobile level on a pedal, compress together a coupling ring (85в) with the razzhimny device (043) and extend a cable. If is not present at the disposal of the razzhimny device (the special tool), the cable can be taken, having removed a coupling ring. At installation a coupling ring insert into a cable flute.

Removal of the device of a pedal

1. Remove the case from the device of a pedal and unscrew six-sided bolts (72).
2. Disconnect the tip of the switch of control of the parking brake (S12). For this purpose it is necessary to raise the pedal device a little.
3. Remove a spring clip.
4. Disconnect a cable of manual adjustment (79) and take the pedal device.


1. Installation is made as it should be, the return to dismantling of the device of a pedal.
2. Before installation of a protective cover to weaken the equalizer of length of a cable. For this purpose raise a screw-driver a spring clip. After that the equalizer of length of a cable is established automatically.
3. Several times put in action the parking brake, thus it is adjusted spontaneously.
