2. Pull a hand a support of the brake mechanism outside owing to what brake pistons will a little be wrung out.
3. Open a cover (56) shtekerny connections for what raise a screw-driver holding lateral ledges a little. Be not overzealous thus.
4. Separate the tip (57) of a wire of the sensor of wear of slips (S10/1). Thus do not pull for a wire.
5. Unscrew the bottom fixing bolt of the case of the brake piston, holding directing bolt (37) rozhkovy key.
6. Cast away the case of pistons (34) up and a wire fasten it to a suspension bracket spring. At an otkidyvaniye watch that directing bolts were not bent. At all do not use the case of pistons to change an angle of rotation of operated wheels.
7. Take overlays of blocks (43) of a support of the brake mechanism. Additional components: 44-spring bracket; S10/1 – a wire of the sensor of wear.

9. If wire isolation was wiped, replace the sensor.

At a difference between thickness of the internal and external slip exceeding 2 mm, it is necessary to check after all directing bolts of a support on ease of a course and if necessary to replace them.



At the removed slips do not press a brake pedal, differently brake pistons will jump out of the case. If through an oversight it occurred, remove a support and bring together him in a specialized workshop.

1. Clear directing surfaces, a place of landing of a slip in mine of the case a brush suitable for this purpose from soft metal and the vacuum cleaner, or wipe a rag with alcohol. Do not apply for this purpose the means containing mineral oil or the tool with sharp edges. Before installation of slips feel a brake disk fingers about roughnesses, measure thickness of a disk.

At an osazhivaniye of pistons brake liquid is squeezed out from brake cylinders in a broad tank. Watch liquid level in a tank. It is desirable to suck away brake liquid by means of a siphon.

4. To a suction apply the plastic bottle used for storage of only brake liquid. Do not apply drinking bottles. Brake liquid is poisonous, and it cannot be sucked away a mouth. Apply soaking-up siphon. After change of slips level of brake liquid should not exceed the maximum mark as because of thermal expansion liquid can be splashed out from a tank. The flowed-out liquid, dripping from the main cylinder, corrodes a paint and varnish covering that conducts to corrosion.

At big wear of slips check ease of a course of pistons. For this purpose insert into a support suitable wooden whetstone and ask the assistant to press a brake pedal slowly. Brake pistons should come to light and precipitate easily back. At check the second support should be collected. If through an oversight pistons jumped out or go hardly, it is necessary to remove a support and to bring together him in a specialized workshop.

5. The following stage of works is not obligatory: to prevent a scratch of brakes, it is necessary to grease slightly the back party and end faces of a basis of a slip (arrow) with lubricant means, for example, Plastilube, Tunap VC 582/S, Chevron SRJ/2, Liqui Moly LM-36 or LM-508-ASC. Greasing should not get on a slip at all or a brake disk. If necessary right there wipe lubricant paste, and a slip clear alcohol.
6. Insert both slips into a support. Thus watch that the spring bracket stood in parallel to the upper edge of a slip.
7. Put the wear sensor on an external slip.
8. Return the case of pistons to a starting position and screw on a guard new самоконтрящимся a bolt with the moment of 35 N of m. Thus directing bolt hold a rozhkovy key.

11. Check level of brake liquid in a tank, if necessary add to the maximum mark.
