4.5. Contour of circulation of oil (DD)
GENERAL INFORMATION


The oil pump (240) soaks up engine oil from the oil pallet and forces it in the oil filter of the main contour (275). Between delivery and soaking-up area of the oil pump there is a safety valve of adjustment of pressure of oil (approximately about the 5th bar). Thanks to it, the part of oil pours out in soaking-up space. Sideways in the oil pallet there is a sensor of level of oil (351).

Engine oil is forced, passing the retsirkulyatsionny locking valve, in the oil filter. The Retsirkulyatsionny locking valve prevents oil hit in the oil pallet at the stopped engine.

From the oil filter the cleared oil arrives to the main oil canal. At the littered oil filter the bypass valve directs crude oil directly to the main oil canal.

From the main oil channel there are branchings for greasing of bearings of a cranked shaft. Through inclined openings in a cranked shaft oil gets to bearings of rods, and in a body of rods – to piston fingers. Through nozzles of injection of oil (238) oil for cooling is injected on the basis of pistons.

At the same time engine oil via delivery pipelines arrives in a head of the block of cylinders and there provides greasing of a natyazhitel of a chain, bearings of a camshaft (185) and tarelchaty pushers (203). Through cross-section openings in addition fuel pump (1) and the coupling of an advancing of supply of fuel (18) and if it is available, a turbokompressor is greased.

Prevention

In engines in volume of 2,2/2,5 l instead of a cooler air-oil is established the heat exchanger oil – cooling liquid which is located near the oil pallet.
