The oil reduktsionny valve is in the channel between the chamber of absorption and the chamber of compression of the oil pump. If pressure of oil from above the 5th bar, the valve opens, and the part of oil can back join the chamber of absorption of the pump. If at normal level of oil its pressure too little, check the valve.

| 1. Disassemble the oil pallet. |
2. Unscrew a screw stopper SW22 wrench.
Prevention
The screw stopper is under the pressure of a spring of compression and can easily jump out.

3. Take the compression spring, directing finger and the piston.
Prevention
The Tugopodvizhny or jammed piston can be taken by means of ring pincers.

| 4. Clean an opening in the oil pump and blow the compressed air. |
| 5. The piston of an opening of the oil pump several times move backwards-forward. If the piston moves hardly, slightly level it a polishing cloth. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. If replace the piston, check ease of its course in an opening. If necessary, remove agnails in the piston with a nazhdachny cloth. |
| 2. Establish the piston with a directing finger and a new spring of compression. |
| 3. Screw up a screw stopper without a sealing ring and tighten with the moment of 50 N of m. |

DIESEL ENGINE
The oil reduktsionny valve is in the connecting channel between chambers of compression and absorption of the oil pump. If pressure exceeds the 5th bar, the valve opens, and the part of oil is poured in soaking-up chamber. The valve should be checked, if at normal level of oil its pressure too low.

| 1. Remove the oil pallet. |
2. Unscrew a screw stopper.
Prevention
The screw stopper is under the pressure of a spring of compression and can easily jump out.

3. Take the compression spring, directing finger and the piston.
Prevention
The Tugopodvizhny or jammed piston take out by means of an external ring grip.

| 4. Clean the cylinder of the oil pump and blow the compressed air. |
| 5. Several times move backwards-forward the piston in the cylinder of the oil pump. If the piston hard moves in the cylinder, slightly polish the piston on fabric притире. |

| 1. If the piston is replaced new, check the new piston on ease of a course in the cylinder. In case of need remove agnails on the piston with a nazhdachny cloth. |
| 2. Establish the piston with a directing finger and a new spring of compression. |
| 3. Twist a stopper without a sealing ring and tighten with the moment of 50 N of m. The screw stopper is condensed with konusny landing. |
