2.5.3.1. Check of hinges of the forward bridge

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Raise in front the car.
	2. Shine at the left and on the right with a lamp dustproof caps of the axial hinge (7) and check them on absence of damages, thus pay attention to greasing traces on cuffs and round them.
3. Shine at the left and on the right with a lamp dustproof caps of the directing hinge and check them on absence of damages, thus pay attention to oil traces on cuffs and round them.
4. At damage of a dustproof cap, with a view of safety replace the corresponding hinge together with a dustproof cap. The got dirt for certain destroys the hinge.
	5. Check люфт the directing hinge of the top cross-section lever of a suspension bracket (6). For this purpose with force pull and press a forward wheel and at the same time feel a finger the ball hinge. If люфт is available, replace the top cross-section lever of a suspension bracket.
Prevention At carrying out this test the hinge should be unloaded (the car поддомкрачен).
	6. Check a gap of the axial hinge (7). For this purpose press from below (shooter) in the direction of the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket (4).
	7. To stock-taking люфта in a repair truck apply the special tool. If люфт is available, replace the simple hinge.
8. Check rigidity of landing of fixing nuts of simple and directing hinges, but thus do not turn them.
