GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a "weight" wire (–) batteries. Prevention The anticreeping code of radio is thus erased.
2. Remove a casing of the fan (7) and put from above the fan.
3. Remove an air hose (21), having disconnected fixing collar.
4. Disconnect the cable channel (3) from a forward wall of a body.
5. Remove the bottom cover of a motor compartment.
6. Merge cooling liquid.
7. Lower engine oil.
8. Unscrew a forward exhaust pipe from a collector.
9. Unscrew arms of the holder of an exhaust pipe from a transmission.
10. Remove the oil heat exchanger / cooling liquid (4).
11. Remove the stabilizer.
12. Disconnect hoses of cooling liquid from a head of the block of cylinders and the case of the pump of cooling liquid, previously having weakened and having cast away fixing collars.
	13. Disconnect plusovy a cable (Х4) from its place of connection to the lower part of the car and put on the engine.
14. Unscrew the sensor of number of turns.
15. Disconnect the tip of the sensor of level of oil (22).
16. Turn off behind the bottom bolts (14) support of the engine.
17. Unscrew in front the bottom bolts (12) support of the engine.
18. Automatic transmission: unscrew the holder of an oil pipeline of a transmission (11/13) from a transmission cap.
19. Pick up the engine for forward and back eyes.
20. Unscrew fastening bolts (6/6a) the oil pallet. If it is necessary, turn off the holder (10) electricity cables of the sensor of level of oil (543), and also a wire of "weight" (w11/1) from a transmission cap (at an automatic transmission: set of electricity cables of a transmission (15/16)).
21. Raise the engine as it is possible more horizontally.
22. Take the oil pallet (8) in the movement direction from below in front. In case of need slightly turn a cranked shaft. At an automatic transmission transmission oil pipelines slightly remove aside. Track, that the adjusting plug (17) did not drop out.
23. Carefully clear sealing surfaces of the oil pallet and a case of a cranked shaft.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check, whether there is in the motor block an adjusting plug (17).
2. Fix by means of hermetic, for example, Omnifit-FD, new sealing laying (9) in the motor block.
	3. Establish the oil pallet, сориентировав it concerning a surface of a prileganiye of a transmission, and evenly manually twirl bolts. Then alternately tighten bolts with the next moments: 1. Bolt of M of 8 x 40-25 N of m. 2. Bolt of M of 6 x 35-10 N of m. 3. Bolt of M of 6 x 85-10 N of m. 4. Bolt of M of 6 x 20-10 N of m. 5. Bolt of M of 10 x 40-40 N of m. 4а. A bolt of M 6 x 20 (with an internal shestigrannik) – 10 N of m. 4b. A bolt of M 6 x 75 (with an internal shestigrannik) – 10 N of m. 4а and 4b – only at an automatic transmission
Prevention If the oil pallet not сориентирован in the transmission direction, can lead subsequently it to emergence of noise.
3. Lower the engine.
4. Put on the tip of the sensor of level of oil.
5. Screw the sensor of number of turns.
6. Connect plusovy a wire to the bottom party of the car at the left.
7. Put on hoses of cooling liquid a head of the block of cylinders and a casing of the pump of cooling liquid and fix collars.
8. Establish the stabilizer.
9. Establish the oil heat exchanger / to cooling liquid.
10. Fasten a forward exhaust pipe to a collector, to an arm of the holder of an exhaust pipe on a check point.
11. Establish the bottom cover of a motor compartment.
12. Establish a fan casing, adjust and fix clips.
13. Put on an air hose and fix a screw collar.
14. Fill in engine oil.
15. Fill in cooling liquid.
16. Attach "mass" of the battery (–).
17. Expose hours.
18. Set an anticreeping code of radio.
19. Start the engine and check tightness of the oil pallet.
