GENERAL INFORMATION

PETROL ENGINE

Prevention

The cable of management of gas is very sensitive to bends and consequently at installation with it it is necessary to address especially carefully. The unique easy bend can lead subsequently to its breakage at car operation. Therefore the bent cables should not be used at installation.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove directing element (30/5). Thus at first extend from it a plastic nipple.

2. Unhook a cable (30) managements of gas. For this purpose deduce through a cut in the kulisny lever (32/6) a hummock drive. Compress a plastic spring clip (30/4) and extend a cable on a support (32/3).

3. Remove a protective casing under the control panel.

4. Unhook fastening of a hummock drive on the accelerator lever. For this purpose extend the holder with a rasporny bolt.

5. Squeeze out outside of internal space of the car a gas cable. Thus do not put forward the rubber plug.

6. In a set remove a gas cable.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease with anticorrosive Mercedes-000 989 87 5110 greasing a gas cable between a directing element and a tip.

2. Check the rubber plug on absence of damages and porosity, otherwise replace.

3. Stretch in internal space of the car a cable of management of gas and hang it on the lever of a pedal of an accelerator.

4. Mount a protective casing under the control panel.

5. Enter through an opening in a support a cable of management of gas, press it into a support and fix.

6. Hang together with a directing element a cable of management of gas. Pay attention to that the plastic nipple was fixed in a directing element.

7. Adjust a cable of management of gas.
