2.5.1.2. Check of a condition of a maple belt

GENERAL INFORMATION

Maple the belt cannot be tightened in addition. Within maintenance it is necessary to check it on absence of damages.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Switch off ignition.
	2. Mark a belt on well visible party cretaceous line.
3. Turn an engine shaft by means of a replaceable face head of SW 27 on a pulley of a cranked shaft in the direction of rotation of a shaft of the engine respectively on one part until there is visible again a cretaceous mark. Thus establish a transmission in neutral situation, tighten the manual lever of inclusion of lay brake system. Prevention Do not turn an engine shaft in the opposite direction.
4. Check maple a belt on existence of the following damages: – wear of lateral surfaces: edges become peaked in the point direction (In), anew they accept a trapezoid form; – pulling vein can be seen in the edge basis, it is especially visible on more light places (C); – cross-section cracks (D) on a reverse side of a belt; – separate edges came off (lagged behind); – обтрепались external (F) working very hard vein; – working very hard vein (G) sideways are pulled out; – cross-section cracks (N) in some edges; – ruptures of edges (J); – separate cross-section cracks in belt edges (To); – inclusions of dirt and stones between edges; – rubber lumps in the basis of edges.
5. Replace maple a ridge belt if is available one or several defects.
