3.1.11. Hydraulic tarelchaty pushers

GENERAL INFORMATION

All engines are equipped with hydraulic tarelchaty pushers. Thanks to it noise in a drive of valves decreases and, besides, adjustment of a gap of valves within maintenance is not required.

At engine rotation the tarelchaty pusher (203) unloads, if the cam (184) camshafts is directed up. The spring (d) wrings out compensating element (204), and it adjoins below to a valve (195) core, and above the press plug (and) presses on a tarelchaty pusher (203) in the camshaft direction. In this situation engine oil through a small opening (е) joins or pours out from the working chamber (c). As soon as the tarelchaty pusher again unloads, thanks to turn of a cam of a rotating camshaft the ball valve (b) is closed, and the closed oil operates as a firm body. The length (L), thus, adapts at each turn of a camshaft to corresponding changes of the size of details in a valve drive. Repair of a tarelchaty pusher is impossible.

Prevention

Noise in a drive of valves at engine start – the normal phenomenon. At the stopped engine, depending on the provision of a cam, it is pushed out more or less oil from a separate klapanny pusher. It causes noise while the hydraulic pusher at engine rotation again will not be filled with oil. Depending on circumstances, this process can proceed until the engine will not get warm to working temperature. To provide faultless functioning of a hydraulic pusher, in a head of the block of cylinders there is a device of blocking of a retsirkulyatsiya of oil which provides a full oporozhneniye from oil of oil channels in a head of the block of cylinders at the stopped engine.

Control

Control of a hydraulic pusher should be made, if at achievement by the engine of working temperature noise in a valve drive proceeds.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Pass with the heated-up engine. After achievement by cooling liquid of working temperature continue movement on 5 km to provide sufficient temperature of engine oil.
2. If the hydraulic pusher still rustles, stop the engine and uncover heads of the block of cylinders.
3. Turn a camshaft so that cams of the cylinder subject to check were directed up. For this purpose establish a transmission on idling, tighten the parking brake and turn a cranked shaft for a bolt of fastening of a belt pulley a suitable wrench clockwise.
	4. Press a tarelchaty pusher a wooden or plastic core in the direction down. If thus the tarelchaty pusher moves down easier, than others, it is necessary to replace it.
