3.2.9. Maslootrazhatelnye caps

3.2.9.1. Engine in volume of 2,0 l

GENERAL INFORMATION

Sign of wear of sealing laying of cores of valves (maslootrazhatelny caps) – a high consumption of oil. Caps can be removed and at the established head of the block of cylinders. The lever pusher with a support, for example, Mercedes-601 589 025 900, 111 589, 186 100 and 111 589 3000 (a magnetic pusher) is thus necessary. If such special tool is not present, it is necessary to disassemble a head of the block of cylinders.

After dismantling of a head and at big run surely replace maslootrazhatelny caps.


Prevention

If details of management are used by valves again, it is necessary to establish them on former places. That them not to mix, we recommend to provide the panel for storage.


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disassemble a natyazhitel of a chain.
2. Remove a camshaft.
3. Take a tarelchaty pusher by means of a rubber siphon (diameter of 30 mm), for example, HAZET 735-2. Do not apply a magnetic siphon: the surface of sliding of a tarelchaty pusher is thus magnetized, and on it the smallest metal shaving that promotes damage of tarelchaty pushers and cams is postponed. The siphon can be made independently, having used a sucker and a wall hook.

Prevention

Before pusher extraction carefully clear its surface.

At compression of a spring of the valve the corresponding piston should be in the provision VMT of ignition. As at camshaft removal the cylinder 1 is established in ignition VMT, it is expedient to begin with removal of klapanny springs of the cylinder 1.


4. Screw a basic crossing point for a lever pusher on a head of the block of cylinders.
5. To Vytolknita down by means of a lever pusher of a plate of springs of inlet and final valves of the cylinder 1. The cylinder 1 is in front on the party of a chain of management, the cylinder 4 is behind on the flywheel party.
6. Take by means of tweezers or a magnet crackers (202).
7. Slowly unclench a klapanny spring (198).
8. Remove a plate of a spring (201) and a spring. (203) tarelchaty pushers, (197) bottom plates of klapanny springs.
9. In repair shop for engines with big run it is possible to check force of klapanny springs.
10. Remove the second klapanny spring of the cylinder 1.
11. Maslootrazhatelnye caps (199–200) take by means of a special grip, for example, HAZET 791-6.
Prevention

Try not to damage thus a core of the valve and directing the valve.


12. Remove agnails from bore of a core of the valve.
Prevention

Replace the pressed crackers of the valve and a plate of a spring. At the dismantled klapanny springs, plates of springs and crackers it is impossible to rotate the engine since valves lean on pistons and can fall in the cylinder.



Installation

Maslootrazhatelny cap of the inlet valve (199)

The facet (arrow) is displaced.
Internal diameter of d = 7,3 mm.
Wire ring fosfatirovano, black color.

Maslootrazhatelny cap of the final valve (200)

The facet (arrow) is mown.
Internal diameter of d = 8,2 mm.
Wire ring zinced, yellow color.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Oil new maslootrazhatelny caps and by means of an assembly opravka, for example, HAZET 2577, establish on a core.
Prevention

Do not mix caps for final and inlet valves.


2. Establish klapanny springs from below according to their coloring.
3. Put on plates of springs of valves and press on them from below, enter crackers into the corresponding flutes on cores of valves.
4. Establish in ignition VMT the following piston and replace maslootrazhatelny caps for what turn the engine on 1/2 turns for the central bolt of a belt pulley of a cranked shaft while the notch designating 180 °, will not be established under the index on a case. Thus, the piston of the third cylinder is in ignition VMT (an operating procedure of cylinders 1-3-4-2). Then the corresponding turn on a half of turn in the provision VMT of ignition establishes pistons 4 and 2.
Prevention

At rotation of the engine raise an operating chain that it was not involved inside. In a workshop the special supporting wheel for a management chain is for this purpose used.

5. Establish tarelchaty pushers and a camshaft.
6. Establish the device of a tension of a chain.
