3.1.8.2. 6-cylinder engine

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the air filter.

2. Disconnect a hose of ventilation of the engine (12) from the case of a head of the block of cylinders, previously having weakened a shlangovy collar (11).

3. Disconnect a cover (7) sideways and extend up. Weaken bolts and uncover (9). Instruction: the wire of ignition represented in drawing does not correspond to type 202.

4. Weaken and remove all tips of spark plugs turn to the right-to the left. Put aside tips of spark plugs with ignition coils.

5. Unscrew bolts (14) cases of a head of the block of cylinders. Take the case of a head of the block of cylinders with lateral sealing laying (2) and laying (3) for nests of spark plugs.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check sealing laying on porosity and cracks. If one laying is damaged, it is necessary to replace at the same time all laying.
	2. At installation of sealing laying special attention turn on correctness of landing into back dredging.
3. Evenly tighten bolts of the case of a head of the block of cylinders with the moment of 10 N of m.
4. Establish tips of spark plugs as appropriate, for the installation explanation on the case of a head of the block of cylinders the scheme is beaten out.
5. Fix spring clips and twirl cover bolts.
6. Put on a hose of ventilation of the engine and fix a collar.
7. Establish the air filter.
8. Warm up the engine to working temperature and check tightness of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders, especially in the field of back dredging.
