PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a camshaft regulator. For this purpose fasten a flange shaft (16) new bolts (the size of wrench Т40). Bolts tighten as follows: at first a dinamometrichesky natural the moment of 20 N of m, then a rozhkovy key tighten for 90 ° (1/4 turns).
2. Turning to the left, get a gear wheel of an inlet camshaft (13) with the adjusting piston (14) and a spherical spring (14а), thus it will enter into gearing with flange shaft. The position of a flange shaft should be set previously. The markings put with paint should coincide.
3. Impose an operating chain on a gear wheel of an inlet camshaft. The markings put during dismantle on an operating chain and a chain wheel thus should coincide.
4. Tighten a nut (6) with the moment of 65 N of m, thus lock shlitsa it should be directed outside.
5. Insert an anchor (2), thus the tightening plug on an anchor should be over a pritupleniye of the operating piston (18).
6. A bolt with a fillet (1) tighten as follows: a dinamometrichesky natural the moment of 5 N of m, then tighten in the same direction on 90 ° (1/4 turns). Thus hold an anchor (2) for лыски a rozhkovy key of SW24.
7. Fasten a gear wheel of a final camshaft, and for the engine of 1,8/2,0 l – in addition a gear wheel of an inlet shaft with the imposed operating chain new bolts (the size of key Т40). Markings on a chain wheel and a chain should coincide. Bolts tighten as follows: a dinamometrichesky natural the moment of 20 N of m, then tighten in the same direction a rozhkovy key on 90 ° (1/4 turns).
8. Establish a natyazhitel of a chain.
Prevention

Extend lock pins from camshafts.


9. Connect an exhaust pipe.
10. Put on a hose of cooling liquid behind a head of the block of cylinders and fix shlangovy clips.
11. Screw directing tubes of measuring instruments of level of oil of the engine and an automatic transmission on a head of the block of cylinders.
12. Cover sealing surfaces of a forward cover (23) heads of a side of cylinders with hermetic 002 989 0020 10 or other hermetic.
13. Establish unloading plugs for two bolts (1) (diameter of a carving of 8 mm) behind a cover. 56. Establish a new sealing ring of round section for cooling liquid and insert a cover.
14. Screw bolts (1) from both parties with the moment of 20 N of m, and bolts (2) (diameter of a carving of 6 mm) with the moment of 10 N of m.
15. Establish a wire a lambda probe.
16. Put on hoses for air removal a head of the block of cylinders.
17. Screw the holder of the item sensor of the crankshaft behind a head of the block of cylinders.
18. Screw an inlet collector on a head of the block of cylinders.
19. Establish new sealing laying, tighten bolts evenly cross-wise with the moment of 20 N of m.
20. Establish a regulator cooling liquids (thermostat).
21. Fill in cooling liquid.
22. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
23. Connect a wire of "weight" of the accumulator.
24. Expose time on hours.
25. Enter an anticreeping code of radio.
26. Warm up the engine to working temperature and check on tightness.
Prevention

At leakage of oil because of a leakage of sealing laying of a head of the block of cylinders oil replacement is recommended.
