Control

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the cylinder 1 on 20 ° after VMT. Instruction: in this situation (20 ° after VMT) it is possible to turn camshafts at the removed managing director of a chain without contact of valves with the piston basis.
2. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders.
	3. Fix camshafts. For this purpose enter fixing pins (01) through an opening (shooter) in a cover of the bearing of camshafts 1 and 6 into an opening of a flange of camshafts. If it is impossible to insert fixing pins, adjust basic provisions of camshafts.
Prevention For the engine in volume of 2,2 l turn a regulator of cam-shafts about a gear wheel of an inlet camshaft (75) in the situation "spat" (late) against the stop in the direction of rotation of a camshaft (shooter).

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The cylinder 1 costs on 20 ° after VMT of ignition and the cover of a head of the block of cylinders is removed.

2. Remove forward covers.

3. Remove a natyazhitel of a chain.

4. Unscrew a gear wheel of a final camshaft a wrench with nozzle Т40, holding a cam-shaft at a shestigrannik. Remove a camshaft gear wheel.

5. Remove an operating chain from a gear wheel of a final camshaft.

6. Turn camshafts a wrench until it will be possible to enter fixing pins.

7. Establish a chain wheel and impose a chain.

8. Establish a natyazhitel of a chain.

9. Once again check a basic provision of camshafts. If necessary repeat adjustment.

10. Establish forward covers of camshafts.

11. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
